Good morning, Building Safety & Permits has 111 inspections for today, September 29, 2023.

Please Note: Sewer line and waterline trench inspections will be required for all underground sewer and waterline installations. This will be applicable for sanitary systems connected to public utilities or private septic tanks and water distribution systems connected to a public utility or a private well.
Please Note: Users of the JCC Permitlink system may notice that certain days are unavailable for requesting inspections from the Building Safety and Permit Division.
When days are showing as unavailable to request an inspection, it means that the number of inspection requests have exceeded our current capacity. Also note, inspections can only be scheduled by the permit holder and all inspections should be scheduled through the online permit portal if possible.
In addition, the cutoff time for requesting an inspection for the next day, as available, will be 3:00 p.m. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as we continue to strive to provide exceptional public services in these extraordinary times.
Inspectors are available for phone calls daily between 7 and 8 A.M. and again between 3 and 3:30 P.M. If you need to speak with an inspector regarding a scheduled inspection timeframe, you can call between these hours. Inspectors contact numbers are available on the JCC Building Safety and Permits website.
Reminder that approved plans must be on site for ALL inspections including trade inspections.
Please note that Sheathing inspections cannot be inspected with Air Barrier (House Wrap applied).

Re-inspection Policy
Please note that all re-inspection fees must be paid PRIOR to requesting a re-inspection.
