Police Seek Suspect in Theft from Unlocked Vehicles Incidents

During the overnight hours on May 26 to May 27, there were multiple incidents of larcenies from unlocked vehicles in the Governor’s Land neighborhood. Multiple items were stolen including cash and credit cards.

A male was captured on video surveillance using a credit card that was stolen from one of the unlocked vehicles. If you are able to identify the individual, please contact Investigator Leslie Sten at 757-603-6044 or leslie.sten@jamescitycountyva.gov  or call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. You may also submit tips online at p3tips.com. Callers to the Crime Line and P3 Tips users may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court and may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 if the information provided leads to an arrest.
