Enjoy the comforts of home while spending the night in the great outdoors! The Timberline Glamping Company has opened six glamping sites at Chickahominy Riverfront Park. The glamping Safari tents feature two queen-sized beds or two bunkbeds and one queen bed, mini-fridge, air conditioning, heater, coffee maker, ceiling fan, beautiful home decor furnishings and a deck looking over Gordon Creek. The camping site is currently open year-round. Glamping tent rentals currently start at $154 per night and each is situated near a campfire pit and picnic table. The Chickahominy Riverfront Park site is the company’s first franchise to operate out of Virginia. The 140-acre park is located at 1350 John Tyler Hwy. where visitors can also enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, walking trails and much more.
