This Request for Quotes is issued by James City Service Authority (JCSA) (“Owner”) to obtain quotes for two phases of the project. Phase 1 – Removal, Video, Submittals, Phase II – Install, Disinfection and Sampling. Submittals required on all items. As described in the Scope of Work outlined in document.  The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by James City Service Authority.  Estimated completion of Phase 1: 10 calendar days (December 24, 2021) and estimated completion of Phase II: 10 calendar days. All work shall be completed for both phases by January 3, 2021 from the start date indicated in the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order; however, once the work starts it shall be worked continuously until satisfactory completion.
