The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Sealed Request for Proposals from qualified firms to provide James City County (JCC) Parks and Recreation with Luxury Camping/Glamping services in a designated campsite area of Chickahominy Riverfront Park. Sites should include furnished tents, yurts or small cabins. Tents or Yurts will have a floor, walls, and roof to provide comfortable accommodations. Any qualified vendor interested in providing these services, should prepare information in compliance with the specifications described in this RFP.
