This Request for Quote is issued by the James City County to obtain quotes for milling and asphalt repairs. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Rick Koehl, Capital Projects Coordinator.  

All work shall be completed within 30 days of the start date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. 

All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. All site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial asphalt road repair.
