The Work under this Project consists of the removal of current EPDM roof and sections of insulation board down to the existing deck. Contractor must provide daily temporary dry-in measures for inclement weather. Installation of new fully adhered EPDM membrane roof system on mechanically fastened polyiso roof insulation by Versico or equivalent and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on any Drawings, Photos or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.

 All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, Photos or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
