Title: Program Associate, Center for Court Innovation


Tamara (Mara) Chin Loy is the Program Associate of the Domestic Violence Programs at the Center for Court Innovation. In this role, she supports the Domestic Violence Programs' work in providing expert assistance to courts across the country who seek to improve their response to domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Prior to joining the Center, she worked as a consulting editor for The Representation Project, where she helped develop a series of curricula for students of all ages on gender socialization and development. She has also worked on several educational initiatives related to sexual health and sexual violence prevention at her alma mater, Stanford University. Mara holds a B.A. in Human Biology with an Area of Concentration in Gender, Sexuality, and Society.
